taya08 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the taya08 website accessible at taya08.vip, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the taya08 registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on taya08 and uses the Platform for gaming, betting, or any other permitted purpose.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, live dealer game, slot machine, bingo, fishing game, or other wagering product available on the taya08 Platform.
• "Funds" or "Wallet Balance" means the monetary balance held in a Player's taya08 account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by taya08 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency of the Republic of the Philippines that regulates gaming activities.
• "GCash" / "PayMaya" refers to third-party mobile payment services commonly used for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based Players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for account registration and withdrawal processing in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active taya08 account, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active.
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of the Player's jurisdiction.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing taya08 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of taya08 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• Not have a self-excluded account or be subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order under PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory framework.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration and KYC verification process.

taya08 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document such as a passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS card, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on taya08. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

During registration, Players must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, which shall serve as the primary login credential. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. taya08 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

Players must promptly notify taya08 support if they suspect unauthorised access to their account, loss of their registered SIM card, or any other security incident affecting their account. taya08 will take reasonable steps to secure affected accounts upon verified notification but cannot guarantee prevention of all unauthorised access.

By registering, Players consent to taya08 conducting identity verification checks as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

taya08 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits displayed on the taya08 deposit screen at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.

Withdrawal requests are processed by taya08's payments team on a best-efforts basis. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) hours of a verified withdrawal request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed — processing times may be extended in cases where KYC verification is pending, where transactions are flagged for compliance review, or during periods of exceptional platform traffic.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, unless special circumstances require an exception as determined by taya08 at its sole discretion.
• taya08 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal destination must be owned by and registered in the name of the same individual who holds the taya08 account.
• taya08 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger thresholds under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, including but not limited to requests involving amounts that must be reported under Republic Act No. 9160.
• Players who have active bonus funds in their account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of those funds unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

taya08 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and eligible games will be specified per promotion. Games may contribute differently to meeting Wagering Requirements — typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate.

taya08 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent Promotion mechanics — including bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering patterns — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all related bonus funds and may result in account termination.

All games available on taya08 are provided by certified third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of taya08 and are not subject to manipulation by taya08 or any Player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are available in individual game information panels.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money. taya08 provides game information and help screens for all games on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the certified game data held by the game provider shall be the definitive record. taya08's decisions on game disputes, made in consultation with the relevant game provider, shall be final.

In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or any technical failure that affects game integrity, taya08 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during the affected round to the Players' accounts. taya08 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of such technical failures beyond the refund of the affected wagers.

taya08 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account Settings section of the taya08 platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts to notify them of the duration of active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from taya08 for periods of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, or twelve (12) months. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.

taya08 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately terminated and all funds will be forfeited. Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the taya08 Platform:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, payment fraud, or misrepresentation of identity during KYC verification.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity as defined under Philippine law.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions, age restrictions, or any other access controls implemented by taya08.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functioning of the taya08 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any taya08 intellectual property without express written permission.

taya08 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the taya08 Platform, including but not limited to the taya08 brand name, logos, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software ("Intellectual Property"), is the property of taya08 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms grants any Player ownership of, or any rights beyond the limited licence described above in relation to, any taya08 Intellectual Property. Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any taya08 Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya08's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

taya08 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or information; (c) any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage; or (d) any loss arising from interruption to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond taya08's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, and governmental actions.

taya08 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all warranties, whether express or implied, disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

taya08 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where taya08 reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct; (c) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (d) termination is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk to taya08 or other Players.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting taya08 support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified wallet balance will be paid out to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending KYC or compliance reviews and deduction of any amounts owed by the Player to taya08.

In cases of termination for breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, taya08 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to forfeit funds where fraud, prohibited conduct, or exploitation of bonuses is confirmed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Players are encouraged to first contact taya08 customer support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. taya08 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players who are Philippine residents may escalate relevant complaints to PAGCOR through the applicable regulatory channel.

taya08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, taya08 will notify registered Players via email to the registered contact information, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the taya08 website. The effective date of any amendment will be indicated at the top of the Terms document.

Your continued use of the taya08 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact taya08 support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
